Returns & Refund
Your order is as important to us. Our in-house Consumer Service department will be happy to assist you with any queries or other issues relating to your order. Please email us at email@example.com or call us at 1800 523 658 during standard business hours 10am-6pm IST (Monday to Friday), and a representative will be in touch with you. Remember, all queries are answered in the order in which they are received, and as a result, delays occur from time to time. Requests made outside of standard weekday business hours will be addressed as soon as possible.
Returns & Cancellation Policy
Exerfit may accept returns of products purchased directly from Exerfit through the Site only when all of the following conditions are satisfied:
- The products must be received by Exerfit within 7 days of your delivery; no returns will be accepted after this time period
- You must provide your Purchase Order number as received when your order was placed through the website
- Dietary supplements and other consumable product returns are only accepted if they were purchased through www.exerfit.co and which are found to have been physically damaged during shipping, or if you found some unusual defects in the products at the time of receiving the order
- Orders can be cancelled only prior to them being dispatched by us. Once the order is dispatched, we do not allow any cancellations.
- In the event that you are dissatisfied with the product or packaging of the product, you shall not be entitled to seek cancellation or refund of the payment made.
If you need to make a return, please call us during normal business hours (10am-6pm IST) before sending the product back. You will be asked to provide your Purchase Order number as received when an order was placed on the website. Once we determine that your merchandise is eligible for return, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number and given instructions on how to complete the process.
All reimbursements will be made to the bank account / card used for the original purchase only after the investigation is done & a final decision is taken by Exerfit. Please allow at least 5 working days for the reimbursement credit to appear on your bank account.
Damaged, Lost or Stolen Merchandise
We make every effort to safely secure and ship your order, but understand that, on rare occasion, merchandise can be damaged in transit. If you feel that your order was damaged during delivery, report it immediately and a representative will contact you.
In case of any lost or misplaced shipments, we will resend you the shipment on confirmation that the shipment is lost or misplaced, or refund your money, depending on your preference. We accept no other liability or responsibility with regards to lost, misplaced or damaged shipments.
